Sole 9 Shoes Return / Exchange Policy:
Q: I have to make an exchange or return an item. What do I do?
A: All footwear purchased from Sole9 Shoes may be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Each shoe must be in new condition (no visible wear on the upper or the sole of the shoe). The shoes must be in the complete original packaging or may be subject to a $10.00 repackaging fee. Any footwear returned in less than new condition is considered to be non-sellable merchandise. Items will be returned to customers with a handling fee of $20.00 dollars. Should you need to make a return or exchange please contact us at returns@sole9. com. We will issue you a RMA number and provide you with shipping instructions. Thank you.
